TENEX is operated from South Tenerife. This policy explains how your personal information is handled when you book or enquire about a Tenerife experience.
Information we collect
When you request a booking we ask for your name, email, phone number, the excursion, date and number of people. We only collect the details needed to organise your trip.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to confirm and arrange your excursion — contacting you about the booking, meeting point and timing. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Communication
Most coordination happens over WhatsApp or phone with the TENEX team directly (+34 647 598 448). We contact you only regarding your booking, unless you separately request the free Tenerife guide.
Data storage
Booking requests are stored securely on the TENEX platform and are accessible only to the TENEX team as the operator. Payment details, when payments are introduced, are handled by a certified payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just message TENEX on WhatsApp and your request will be handled promptly.

The site may use basic cookies or local storage for analytics and to improve the experience. No personal data is shared with advertisers.
