Question 1

What exactly is TENEX?

Accepted Answer

TENEX is a Tenerife-based travel platform that brings together everything the island offers in one place — guided excursions (self-drive boats, jet skis, yacht charters), VIP experiences, motorcycle and car rentals, and hand-picked apartments and villas. We work only with vetted local partners, at the real price with no up-charge. Find a better price? We match it.

Question 2

How do I book an experience?

Accepted Answer

Pick what you love, choose a free date and your group size, then reserve online with a small deposit. Everything else — meeting point, gear, timing — is confirmed by us on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.

Question 3

How fast do you reply?

Accepted Answer

Usually within the hour, every day from 08:00 to 23:00. Message us on WhatsApp and we will sort dates, details and questions in minutes.

Question 4

Which languages do you speak?

Accepted Answer

English, Russian, German, Spanish, Ukrainian and Italian — so you can ask in the language you are most comfortable with.

Question 5

Where do the experiences start?

Accepted Answer

Most depart from south Tenerife — Costa Adeje, Los Gigantes and around Puerto Colón. The exact meeting point and time are confirmed on WhatsApp once your booking is set.

Question 6

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings open from tomorrow onward so we have time to prepare everything. Same-day and last-minute (2–4 hour) requests are not available for excursions. For weekends and summer dates, reserve a few days ahead; rentals and stays can be booked further in advance.

Question 7

Can I book something fully private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Yachts are available as shared or fully private charters for up to 11 guests. Self-drive boats, jet skis and VIP experiences can be booked just for your group — tell us what you have in mind.

Question 8

Is there a best-price guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Find a lower price for the same experience and we will match it. You always pay the real local price, never a mark-up.

Question 9

Do I need a boat licence?

Accepted Answer

No licence required. You take the helm of your own easy-handling speedboat and follow a guide-boat along the coast. The driver must be 18 or older.

Question 10

How many people can I bring?

Accepted Answer

Up to 6 people per boat — perfect for families or a group of friends. Children are welcome onboard.

Question 11

Where do we sail?

Accepted Answer

Along the south coast of Tenerife, from Puerto Colón to the volcanic cliffs and hidden coves of Costa Adeje, with snorkel stops in calm volcanic bays.
