The Teide National Park at closing time. The route starts at our base in Puerto de la Cruz and climbs mountain roads towards the volcano, with photo stops over the Orotava valley as the light starts to drop. Then comes the moment this tour is known for: the sun slips behind Mount Teide and the sea of clouds below turns orange — and you are standing above it. A glass of cava in hand, then the memorable ride back down to Puerto de la Cruz under the first stars. Everything is included: quad, equipment, insurance, snack, refreshment, and a photo and video report. Please note: it is mandatory to present a physical, original class B (car) driving licence on the day of the tour.

Above the sea of clouds
Puerto de la Cruz starts at sea level and the road climbs into the national park in under an hour. By sunset you are above the cloud layer looking down on a sea of orange — the reason this route sells out.
Good to know
We meet at Calle Aceviño, 2, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz. It is mandatory to present a physical and original class B (car) driving licence on the day of the tour — a photo of it is not accepted. Take a jacket: it is noticeably cooler at 2,200 metres, and sunglasses for the drive down.
